We are looking for a Contractual UI/UX Designer to help us build user-friendly web and mobile applications. This is a great opportunity for freshers and junior designers to get hands-on experience and take ownership of the full design process.
What You’ll Do
- Your primary focus will be establishing a modern, minimalist design style that feels clean and professional.
- You will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure your designs are easy to build for both web and mobile platforms.
- Your work will directly impact how our products look and feel, requiring a good eye for clean layouts and logical user journeys.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in UI/UX design. Freshers with a strong design sense and a passion to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Figma for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Developer Handoff: A basic understanding of how to organize your design files so developers can easily turn them into working websites or apps.
- Design Aesthetic: A solid portfolio (personal, academic, or professional projects) showcasing a modern, minimalist style with clean interfaces and a great user experience.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to think through user steps and turn ideas into simple, easy-to-navigate screens.
- Workflow Autonomy: Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your tasks and deadlines efficiently within a contract role.
- Communication: Good ability to explain your design choices, accept feedback positively, and work well as a team.
