The technical challenge was integrating Gemini’s advanced AI to interpret legal jargon with over 96% accuracy, ensuring that the generated claim letters and advice were both professional and legally sound. We engineered a secure, high-performance ecosystem using React and Laravel to handle sensitive data with total confidentiality. By streamlining the flow from policy upload to expert-verified results, we transformed a daunting multi-day ordeal into a seamless, three-step digital journey.
